Working to Preserve Traquair Kirk as a Sacred Space and Cultural Resource

We own and administer Traquair Kirk, which was formerly a part of the Church of Scotland

The Kirk is available for use by the community for a small fee

We encourage ecumenical, other faith, and secular use of the church building such as Humanist ceremonies, and cultural activities like concerts. The chamber can seat about 110 people. There are limited facilities.

The Church of Scotland continues to hold regular services in the space as well as individual services for life events and special days in the church calendar.

All fees collected go toward the upkeep and operations of the building.

To enquire for general use contact us directly at: bill@wstaempfli.net or +44 7590 422 919.

For Church of Scotland events contact the local parish administrator Ruth Kerr at: m.kerr6813@btinternet.com or 01896 490 742.
